​The Miss California Volunteer Pageant is a Miss Volunteer America State Organization and has no salaried employees. Except for contracted services everyone in the Organization is a volunteer. Our mission is to empower young women through education and opportunity.

Through the partnership between Miss California Volunteer Pageant and Miss Volunteer America Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation, deserving students who excel in multiple areas of life and who contribute by volunteering in their community are able to be recognized and rewarded for making a difference.
